Team Building Regattas

If you are organising a team building event for your staff or would like a unique way to to entertain clients consider our corporate regattas.

They are fun, safe and exciting. Your group is divided into teams of between 7 and 15 crew and we can run a regatta for a maximum of 400 people.

We conduct a safety briefing followed by crew role allocation and team practise..then the racing begins, with crew learning the importance of team work and communication.

Our qualified skippers encourage everyone's participation and provide positive feedback. There is great camaraderie on board each yacht, with every crew member pulling their weight. It is excellent for team cohesion and developing relationships.
