The day started out perfect with blue sky, lots of
sun and warm weather and to make things more exciting for the race, strong
winds!
15 boats filled with Pernod Ricard teams (190 pax in
total) had a great adventure out on the harbour. I know on my boat we had
an enjoyable time even if we got more splashes than we bargained for, but
that made the experience fun.

feedback from our day on the yachts. Overall, my team really enjoyed the
day’s activity. Everybody had a great time experiencing the harbour
and each other’s company.
They also commented that both Kevin and Francis
provided professional instructions and helped many of us learn a lot about
sailing
and the harbour. We managed to get our sea-legs in no-time at
all. Everything went smoothly without a hitch, except we can’t control
the wind – it was quite weak at the beginning and we had a slow and
uneventful start. It seems getting the team out of the office for
this
activity improved levels of understanding and communications amongst them.
All in all, a highly positive result.
