MENU TWO - $45.00 per head

Pita bread filled with shaved leg ham, swiss cheese, roma tomato,wild rocket and tomato relish; Char grilled vegetable, mesculin and hummus on a turkish roll; Wild mushroom and leek quiche; Roast tomato cous cous with chickpeas and mint; Mixed leaf salad; Fruit salad platter

MENU THREE - $55.00 per head

Pesto chicken, sun dried tomatoes and aioli on a turkish roll; Pita bread filled with falafel, tabouli, hummus and mesculin; Roasted kumera, macadamia nut, coriander and sweet chilli glaze; Penne pasta with ricotta, lemon, cherry tomato and basil leaves; Caramelised onion, pancetta and rosemary frittatas made with free range green eggs; Fresh fruit and Australian cheese platters served with dried fruits, grapes and crisp breads
